A.P.S... Uniting employers and qualified entryl evel technicians with apprentice training programs

  A.P.S.  Apprentice Collision Training 101

The created structure and design of this program concentrates on productive apprentice training in a production facility. The repairing process of vehicles in a production shop should never be altered or interrupted to fit a training scenario. Quite the contrary; training should always adapt harmoniously to benefit vehicle repairs without interruption.

ACT 101 is the foundational platform program that is designed by Autobody Production Services as our flagship program. ACT 101 is created to demonstrate to the client shop how to “establish and sustain” a beneficial and profitable in-house apprentice training program making lean processing or any other efficiency program much easier and more valuable.

Clients who utilize this business application are serious minded repairers who already understand the importance of workforce development but aren’t sure how or where to begin this pivotal project. ACT 101 is designed to be implemented in phases. This allows the client to move forward in stages at a pace that is comfortable and conducive to their business culture and personality.

Apprentice training  with lean processing is like "icing on the cake"
